Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) is becoming more important for companies, associations and labour organizations. Creating and monitoring how one’s organization or firm is responding to DEI, both internally and externally, requires sensitivity and an appreciation of the work environment.
Aurora Strategy Global’s team has experience in both researching and assisting in the development of DEI programs. Led by Emma Wakelin, she has extensive experience in the 2SLGBTQ community. Tina Rosenstein leads research to better understand the strategic direction and initiatives companies, not-for-profit organizations and municipalities are undertaking to identify best practices to attract and retain equity-seeking workers. Hasneet Punia has extensive experience working with multicultural communities and Danielle Paroyan has worked on women’s issues and was a policy advisor to the Minister
of Women’s Issues in Ontario.
